Bertie, who has attended the Pewsey-based Prep School for a number of years, walked away with a silver medal having taken part in the South West Biathlon. Bertie, alongside his teammates, and school friends, was competing against pupils from schools in the entire South West region.

Bertie won bronze in his swimming race and came second in his running; not only did he win a personal silver medal but this performance meant that his team walked away with a silver too.

Director of Sport at St Francis, Kevan Brown enthused “Bertie’s performance at the Biathlon was exceptional and we are incredibly proud of his achievements.
