SCHOOL FEES

The following is a schedule of the school fees, which are effective from the Autumn Term 2024.

Please note that fees are due for payment on or before the first day of term.  

The above fees include lunch. Invoices will consist of the term’s fees, any other advance charges and any extras relating to the previous term. A full term’s notice, in writing to the Headmaster, is required for the removal of a pupil from the school.  This must be received by the school before the first day of the term to which it relates.

Learning Support Charges (One to One individual lessons)

Each learning support lesson is 30 minutes and is charged at £35.50 per lesson.

Sibling Discounts (NB these discounts do not apply to Learning Support charges)

5% discount on fees for a second child attending the school at the same time

15% discount on fees for a third or subsequent child attending the school at the same time. If the eldest sibling remains in the School until the end of Y8 then this discount will be retained by the third or subsequent child. If the eldest sibling leaves prior to the end of Y8 then this discount will be recalculated based on the remaining number of children attending the school.

* Discounted Reception Fee includes the 30 hours weekly Free Entitlement from Wiltshire Council. Fifteen hours is currently available to every child until the term after their fifth birthday. The additional fifteen hours to make the 30 in total, has some qualifying conditions. A child that is not entitled to the full 30 hours will only receive 15 hours Free Entitlement and the reduction in the full fee will be halved. In the event of a reduction, suspension or closure of the scheme by the Government, the school would require payment of the full fees. The School cannot be held responsible for the reduction, suspension or closure of the scheme.

School fees may be paid by an annual lump sum for one year in advance at a discounted rate.  The discounted rate for the September 2024 academic year has been set at 1.9%. If you wish to register to pay by this method or to obtain further details then please contact the Finance Officer (accounts@stfpewsey.co.uk ) before 10th July 2024. Registration to pay by this method must be made each year as the renewal of fees paid in advance is not automatic.
