Year 6 pupil at the Pewsey-based Prep School, Ellie, has been awarded a highly coveted Drama Exhibition to the prestigious Wiltshire-based independent school St Mary’s, Calne.

Head of Drama at St Francis, Abby Bracken, enthused “This is fantastic news for Ellie, and thoroughly well-deserved. Ellie is a fantastic actor, who has a clear passion for the craft and masters even complex historical pieces with nuance. I have no doubt that Ellie will be able to make of drama what she wants, and look forward to seeing her develop.”

In their feedback from Ellie’s performance, St Mary’s Calne wrote that Ellie “showcased lovely contrast between the two speeches...it is clear that Drama means a lot to her”.
